Characterful base for exploring Mezairaa. Brilliant value, well-kept 5 star hotel. All in all quiet and convenient setting near the desert at 5.30 o ` clock on the watch of sunrise that happen should happen at 7 a.m, and hill in a quiet place. Also, in the Liwa Dunes. Substantial breakfast with live BBQ which felt real authentic cuisine.

The place was wonderful old and simply stunning and the staff were hospitable, the location was strategic over the dunes. Thoroughly enjoyed climate control, a mini bar and a good sized balcony in the room. We had a fantastic view to the town or the desert and a comfy bed. Location: the hotel was very close to Mezairaa and a sandy hill, a dune. Also, it was about 10 minutes' drive to Mezair'ah Fort. The service was efficient and the pool was clean.

Nice building and rooms with the three children sleeping on mattresses. Nice service, parking onsite. Everything excellent.

Was a suitable place for weekend. The location was favourable, right at a hillside and hills. The bed was extremely comfy, and the room itself was spacious.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a desert location. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that I had a room with a beautiful view of the desert. The room itself was stylish and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a refreshing welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. The location was perfect for exploring the nearby Empty Quarter. Despite some minor issues with the food being cold and a lack of organized activities, overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Its location was ideal to areas where you can do quad biking on the dunes or take liesurely camel rides.

This hotel, located on a hilltop in a remote area, offers stunning views of the surrounding desert dunes. The spacious rooms with lovely balconies and nice wooden furniture ensure a comfortable stay. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast, with its live BBQ, adds an authentic touch to the dining experience.

The situation of the hotel was gorgeous - set high on a hill on the boarder of the Empty Quarter. the rooms were very pleasant with lovely spacious balconies with views of either the desert or the sunset. The pool was the main feature of this hotel. Beautifully maintained and sparkling clean. It was gorgeous to swim in and sit/relax in the garden that surrounds the pool. The design of the hotel is unique.

I was very disappointed with the fact the hotel did not have a liquor licence and didn't inform me about that when I booked. There was also no mini bar at all in the room - so there were no snacks or fruit juice available. We could also not get any hot water and when we enquired about it, they said it was not their problem but the distance of the piping to the hot water connection. We kept the hot water running for 20min - no change.

The location in the desert is dreamlike; room with a balcony. We could eat good Lebanese food. You can walk directly from the accommodation into the dunes and enjoy the sunset! Just great! Besides, the pool is nice, with sunbeds. Very good for 1-2 days just to relax. Approx. 25 minutes drive to the Moreebdüne. It was also good that the check out was possible up until 14 o'clock.

Recently spent Christmas at a hotel located in the middle of the desert and absolutely loved the fact that they offered heated swimming pools and spacious rooms. The hotel was located in a very peaceful area where we could take evening walks and enjoy the quiet surroundings. there was a camel farm nearby where we could observe camels being taken care of.

The breakfast served was not up to our expectations as the choices were limited and the bread tasted stale. The hotel lacked a viewing platform to watch the beautiful desert sunset, and we had to drive out to a nearby dune to enjoy the view.

A low-key but very comfortable base from which to explore the Liwa Oasis. The rooms are particularly pleasant with high ceilings, plenty of space and a great patio/balcony.

Slightly run down feeling and the fact that both Booked.net and the check-in staff neglected to mention that it does not currently have a licence to sell or serve alcohol.

The hotel is well situated and the rooms are clean and spacious. Bathrooms are recently renovated. Nice swimming pool.

The hotel is expensive for what it offers. Then again, not that many choices around. Sauna a little bit rundown. No alcohol (as of May 2010) and very limited dining facilities. Breakfast was average and overpriced (14 euros for a breakfast with industrial orange juice is expensive)
